At Pluxie, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy while protecting our customers and business from misuse or fraud.

Return Eligibility:

A return or refund request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

⏱ Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Mandatory Proof Requirement (Strict Policy):

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • Photos & videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or wrong product

  • Images showing the original packaging and shipping label

  • Order ID & registered email address

⚠ Refund or return requests without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
This policy helps prevent false claims and protects genuine customers.

  • If approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be provided

  • Product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • Returns failing quality inspection will be rejected

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products (unless defective on arrival)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customer-damaged items

  • Products marked β€œNon-Returnable”

  • Missing accessories or altered products

Replacement Policy:

  • Replacement is offered if stock is available

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Refund Timeline & Process:

  1. Customer submits request within 48 hours

  2. Proof reviewed within 24–48 hours

  3. Return approved (if valid)

  4. Product returned & inspected

  5. Refund initiated within 1–2 business days

  6. Amount credited within 5–7 business days (bank/payment provider dependent)

Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer after verification

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

Fraud Prevention & Final Decision:

Pluxie reserves the right to reject any return or refund if:

  • Proof is incomplete

  • Unboxing video is missing

  • Damage appears customer-caused

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

Final approval rests solely with Pluxie.
