1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Pluxie (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all transactions.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • All activity under your account

We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display products accurately. However:

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability

Order confirmation email does not guarantee final acceptance.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Applicable taxes are included/excluded as specified

  • Shipping charges may apply

In case of incorrect pricing due to technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Weather disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

To process any damage or wrong product claim:

  • Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video required

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

Nothing in this clause limits rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • COD orders may require verification before dispatch

  • Orders not confirmed may be cancelled

  • Repeated refusal of delivery may lead to restriction of COD facility

We reserve the right to require prepaid payment for future orders.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including text, logos, graphics, branding, and website design is the property of Pluxie and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment gateway failures

  • Courier partner delays

  • External website links

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

This disclaimer is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in India.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluxie shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Misuse of products

Total liability shall not exceed the order value.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
