Thank you for shopping with Pluxie. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

β€’ All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
β€’ Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
β€’ During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, product launches), processing may take longer than usual.

If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines:

β€’ Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
β€’ Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Remote or restricted delivery areas

  • High-demand seasons

Pluxie is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping, if offered, is subject to promotional terms and may be withdrawn without prior notice.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided tracking details.

If tracking information shows β€œDelivered,” but the package has not been received, customers must notify us within 24 hours.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.

An order may be returned to us if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is provided

  • Customer is unavailable

  • Customer refuses delivery

  • Customer fails to answer courier calls

If an order is returned to origin (RTO):

β€’ Re-shipping charges must be paid in advance.
β€’ Repeat RTO customers may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
β€’ Pluxie reserves the right to cancel high-risk COD orders without prior notice.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete address with landmark

  • Valid mobile number

Pluxie is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. DAMAGED / WRONG / MISSING PRODUCT CLAIMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

β€’ A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (from sealed package to product reveal) is mandatory.
β€’ Clear photos of the issue must be provided.
β€’ Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

β€’ COD availability may vary by location.
β€’ Pluxie reserves the right to verify COD orders via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
β€’ Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

For high-value orders, prepaid payment may be required.

9. LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is marked lost by the courier:

β€’ Investigation may take 7–10 business days.
β€’ Replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed after courier confirmation.

Pluxie is not responsible for delays caused during courier investigations.

10. SERVICEABLE AREAS

Pluxie currently ships only within India.
International shipping is not available.
